On Sunday, August 15, the event will officially commence at 8:30 am. Rhode Island Governor Daniel McKee, the chief invitee, will hoist the Indian and American national flags. There will be a formal meet-and-greet of the guests and the dignitaries.
On this occasion, FIA will felicitate senior citizens and young volunteers who have made significant contributions through their community service.
