Participation Policy And Guidelines

In consideration of the acceptance of participation in any Federation of Indian Associations-New England (FIA- NE) event, meetings and related programs, please read the following carefully 

All Artists/Performers/Participants need to be always available at the reporting time

– All Artists/Performers/Participants to arrive on the location atleast 60 mins before the event to understand the location and set up any equipment if needed. Performers to pre-send any audio/video to assigned FIA-NE volunteers for smoother operations on the event day
– All Artists/Performers/Participants to arrive in almost ready state in their costumes. We may or may not have any green rooms available depending on the location of the event
– Dance is as an active engagement like any other sport, and whilst every effort is made to avoid them, injuries can happen. FIA-NE accepts no responsibility for injuries to Artists/Performers/Participants sustained during the performance or per negligence before, after or during the performance on the day of the event
– FIA- NE will not be responsible and liable for any personal injury, loss of any personal valuable items before, after or during the performance on the day of the event
– Covid 19 is still a concern in the community around us. If we deem it unsafe that team do not practice COVID guidelines, we may need to cancel the performance.
– FIA-NE reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
– FIA-NE may have official photographers and videographers appointed for every event and may use pictures and videos for promotion purposes. Please reach out to FIA-NE officials if you do not want to part of the promotional pictures/videos before or after the event
